Ann: Legal proceedings by Redflex Traffic Systems Pty Ltd, page-4

I'm not happy Acusensus' level of disclosure on this issue. Firstly when did Acusensus first become aware of this latest information - ie that Redflex had initiated Federal Court proceedings against them? The share price has been unexplainably weak in the last month - was someone selling down with knowledge of this information (ie was Acusensus in a position to make this announcement earlier)? Secondly while the company has highlighted in it's IPO prospectus that 'a competitor' had made IP infringement right allegations in 2020 why wasn't it clarified that this competitor was Redflex, a former employer of Acusensus' CEO Alexander Janink? I think additional detail adds significant context to this piece of information. I for one are very disappointed how this has played out (particularly given I have, up to now, held this company in high esteem) and I am sure there will be many other shareholders that feel likewise. Redflex's IP infringement claims may not be the only legal proceedings that Acusensus needs to worry about in the near future...
