Over 8 weeks since the announcement about winning the services mining services contract from Re-Group (head contractor)
Seems to me it might not be a binding one. How long does it take to scope the works? 3 months? Or maybe more?
Nevertheless don't see the point of scoping the work if it's cost plus 15%.
They've won the contract anyway? Haven't they?
