this circular only shows oaktree, the brokers and the loan provider subscribing to the rights. does it mean that the BOD and management did not take up the rights?
another thing- there is a fiduciary duty of BOD to report milestone in a timely manner. and if there r outstanding issues that extend over the reporting period, should update the status. what happened to the A$3 million SPP. the due date was 12th june. extended to 17th june. today is 19th june. my guess is it has a lot to do with the TMG deal. my guess is as good as anyone of yours.
