That JV is pretty fluid, original terms was just lithium but as soon as they found some uneconomical rubidium they changed the wording from the original 'agreement' to suit what was happening on the ground, and to try and raise some cash to fund the lifestyle.
Not that they have the money to do it but if they did fall over some gold, I am sure some wording will change again. This however might be a good way to see them off and limit any more damage the common directors can do to SYA between now and when LD, SC and RCF give them the boot.
