As I mentioned earlier, any meaningful announcement ahead of DTC approval is a complete and utter waste. We already have confirmation of funding discussions with the highest possible level of US government, in the most critical sector to the national security of the us$35 trillion economy and military superpower. Result? Complete collapse.
They are better off holding all further announcements until DTC so that value will be realised.
