So they are raising at 9c which is a 21.7% dilution to the last price, but if I have my numbers right $10m raise at 9c, is 111,111,111 in new shares, which dilutes the current share holding of 447m shares by 24.8%. so if everything else remains the same the share price will probably open around 8.5c. Then as its shared earlier, the further dilution from the $2m from existing holders. Maybe it drops to 8-7cents.
Then they are still burning about 10m every 6 months, so if the ratios stay the same, then does this mean we have another dilutive cap raise in 6 months?
The Sonic piece is interesting as well because they have these options that would take them over 20% holding, but they are so expensive.
I just think of that saying that the USA market is paved with the skeletons of Aus companies. Only the small amount make it when going after the US, and at the end of the day, this test as I've been told from my doctor is more expensive than the lab he uses in Melbourne and there is no difference. I'm not an expert, but does anyone else have a reason why they would want to hold on?
Ahhh maybe it's time to just get out when markets open next week.
