Beejay I'm not sure who "could easily" access this sort of stuff.
Certainly not the shareholders.
Private companies (i.e. NMS) have no obligation to disclose anything, and when asked they appear very reluctant to disclose anything. Anything disclosed will not be very topical. Trust me, I've asked.
