I'm beginning to think they're holding back until July to protect the SP. If they announce anything in June like a CR it will destroy the SP because of likely tax loss selling, if they wait until July it probably wouldn't have such a negative effect on the SP IMO.
I hope I'm wrong as that will mean the announcement isn't great news. See how we go in the last week of June, I think people are hanging out for an announcement but they might sell at the last possible minute.
