I agree with you regarding verbose posts. They are mundane and infuriating from both sides of the argument - rarely adding anything new or additive to the discourse.
What you posted and your inferences regarding the UK Plan is a storm in a tea cup. It is certainly a positive for Pensana to be mentioned but I don't see why any adverse inference should be drawn in regards to not mentioning other entities such as IXR. The excerpt regarding Humber is an example and certainly not exhaustive of the UK's plans.
