when DTR drops then does not drop few pips comes down hard 10-20 pips,
similarly when DTR goes up doesn't go up few pips, because FOMO kicks in especially news expected in coming weeks,
no body wants to miss out on grabbing more DTR.
cause it goes up 10-20 pips in one session.....
