    I'll acknowledge that Tom and the leadership team may well have a viable long-term strategy for BRU. But the pattern of missed deadlines and bugger all communication is becoming seriously concerning.

    The communication vacuum we're experiencing isn't just frustrating - it's actively hammering market confidence and our share price with it. This sits squarely with leadership, particularly Tom as CEO. When shareholders are left to guess what's happening with Rafael development, 2H partnerships, and TO agreements, the market fills that void with pessimism.

    If we're watching the 'BRU documentary' in 5 years' time, will we be shouting at the screen "How many bloody times did shareholders need to get burnt before they actually spoke up?"

    We're at a point where many of us are seriously underwater, and the recent silence combined with what looks like further deadline failures should have us all genuinely worried about protecting our investment.

    I like that HotCopper serves different purposes for everyone - some come here for a bit of fun and to "poke the bear." But for those of us with real money on the line, perhaps it's time to consider whether this forum could help coordinate more serious shareholder activities such as:
    - Formal, direct engagement with the board on communication protocols
    - Better organised use of our AGM rights to demand accountability
    - Collective letters to management outlining specific communication expectations

    Anyone else out there feel the same way? More to the point - is there someone amongst us who knows their stuff when it comes to shareholder rights and governance, or has any thoughts on what actions can/should be taken.
