I was giggle when I type this post. I just went to CS to check if my transferring from CMC to Stake has been completed, and apparently it has been transferred successfully. Since I am there, I might as well do Pact's share registry checking on the top 173 holders and their holding. So pretty much here are the details:

RG's holding has been updated and is accurate with his last announcement. To remind everyone about the issue, on the 30th April to 6th of May, RG announced that he acquired 309, 963 shares extra as shown:

However, during that time, I had visited CS in person at late end of May and obtained the register on the 29th of May. Both data showed that he only acquired 281,466 shares. So there are 28, 497 shares short. On the 12th June, at the EGM, I raised this question to RG and got told it has been updated by CS and it was a private transaction. Today, while I performed the checking again, I noticed Paul Washer's account on the 29th of May, he has 28,507 shares but today he only got 10 shares left in his account. If I do the math right, 28 507 - 10 = 28 497 shares, and that's coincide with the short amount that I have been wondering. So, why Paul Washer left 10 shares behind?

My thinking is that, along time ago, during the takeover bid, Kins group via Link processing did make a mistake in counting, and therefore being warned by ASX and had to rectify the issues. Back to today, it is fair to assume there could be a mistake in counting and because I happened to see it, RG might rock up to Paul Washer and said 'hey Paul, I screwed it up so can you transfer me your holding to fix it up will you?' so the short amount was solved and Paul got 10 shares left in his account. Or wise, why doesn't he sell it off all to RG? But again, this is my thinking only, there is no proof, so just think of it like a hypothesis scenario and I am not accusing RG of anything btw.

On RG's side, he can say it is a private transaction and since Paul Washer is only a CFO of Pact, there is no obligation to report to ASX as he is not subject to the duty of Director of the company anyways. They can also go and say that's their business and even if it is their choices and that's what they did, it is under the law. All I am saying, I think I have found the answer to my question about a private transaction after 1 year of takeover bid. I could be wrong but in my mind, I am happy with what I am thinking and where the number is approximately matched up.

Up so far, there is no indicator that RG is buying anymore.

The sellers are Citicorp nominee, since the 29th of May to yesterday, they have reduced their holdings from 1 894 936 to 1 690 416 and that's 204, 520 shares sold.Jp morgan nominee had also sold from 330 095 share to 237 974 shares, that is 92 121 shares. Out of top 173 share holders I scanned, 4 quit plus that Paul Washer, whom got 10 shares left in the account. These 4 holdings that quit have 25 291 shares,18 000, 15 000, 14 557 shares.

Surprisingly, I have never seen such boost from current holder's holding. I would like to congratulate Richard for being an 11th account holder entered 1 mil plus account. But next to him, User123 and Raper's BNPP accounts have increased too, plus borg, plus leasx and others. M+L Spencer Super has increased his holding by over 20 k shares, BAAUER has increased from 124 400 to 196 200 shares, HSBC nominees has increased from 288 116 shares to 309 366 shares, Warbont nominee has turned around and picked up more from 17 300 shares to 30 153 shares, At the pace, I think this is probably going to be a largest number of holders willing to stay in an unlisted public company in Australia's history. I am happy to be a part of this ongoing journey.
