The USA operations may or may not be underwater financially - probably a line-ball situation - considering they have raised hundreds of millions of dollars in placements and issues over the last ten years with 90% of it going to the USA operations - today they have essentially nothing to show for it.
They were lucky to get their interest in China which only came about due to TF's friendship with Brett Emmett of HZN - this is now their only valuable asset.
At the end of the day, an investment in HZN is a safer bet into Beibu than one here.
