The timing of consolidation was way off and hasn’t attracted any US institutions. I have a feeling the SP would be at the current rate if the consolidation didn’t occur, it was heading that way. Can’t believe it’s fallen below the $1.20 again. I still believe PYC have some amazing work in the pipeline but it has been a horrible 12 months.
