i'd agree, i'd imagine that year 3 would be the first possible return to investors. 5 years being more likely as steady state debt, production, logistics and cashflow well understood and standardised.
I can also envisage a future where muchea's 70 odd million CAPEX becomes a free kick for VRX with some governement trying to earn either "green points" or "manufacturing jobs" points. between state and federal funding + the dollar for dollar grant already provided, i think Muchae will be absurb value for money.....
