Non-Exec Director fees are the least of concern for MEM IMO.....payment can be delayed until after commercial deals are established, or can be made by issuing shares in the future.
Capital requirements in general is a question that needs to be conclusively addressed for MEM, as is the same for all companies who are about to transition into product commercialisation after a period of research & development, but IMO that question is not going to be an issue in terms of the big picture or in terms of MEM's future success. IMO, Its just a hurdle in the road which will need to be cleared.
