I am surprised by the level of insto activity on RSG, considering the cash cost.
Half year result of $918/oz, 38% increase doesn't inspire any confidence imo. Whilst POG remains elevated, RSG can attempt to improve on their cost of extraction, but should POG fall then RSG SP will suffer more so.
The Group gold production for the half year was 161,648 ounces (2009 half year: 182,069) at an average cash cost of $918/oz (2009: $667/oz).
Definitely not a long term hold imo, trade the dips.
