It’s very difficult to get the information that we would need over a long enough timeframe, owing to the lack of accurate data.

There is definitely some data re the past 100 odd years but I don’t think it shows the kind of “increase” that supports the mmcc narrative.

If you want to narrow down the timeline to 20-30 years then you should be able to find some statistics that may seem a little scary but most of the doom and gloom stuff we hear about tends to be “ in the future based on modelling” and it’s not hard to look at the past 30-40 years of predictions to see that none of the weather induced catastrophes have come to fruition.
