It would be a ridiculous idea to release a statement saying we don't have funding sorted with one week of the tax year to go when the SP has dropped 50% this year. It would serve no purpose at all. A bad announcement like that would decimate the SP because many people would lock in losses for the tax year. Im sure an announcement is due but if it's a CR or something they would be mad to release it before July 1. Considering how much the SP has fallen this year I think it's holding up really well, in normal circumstances you would expect a big drop in June as people lock in losses to offset profits but we are down about 5% this month.
