I think many contributors on this forum have progressed past 50 years. We would all be hoping for a healthy, and long(ish) run to the end … keep all our marbles & memories, then make it quick. But unfortunately, if we make 85 years of age, 25%-40% of us will suffer from LATE ( limbic-predominant age related TDP-43 encephalopathy). LATE has shown to be a significant driver of memory loss … and memories are the thing I hold more precious than life itself. I have noticed the latest ASX releases referring directly to LATE as one of the likely target indications for NUZ-001.
If NUZ-001 continues to demonstrate an incredible safety profile, would you start popping NUZ-001 tablets the day you turn 80 to prevent excess TDP-43 accumulation … the odds suggest you should. Maybe even 70 or 60 to get ahead of the game ( now it’s getting personal ).
What value would you attach to NUZ-001 then? Every 80 year old popping the drug like it is fish oil, willing to pay a premium to keep alive their most valuable asset … their memories.
