Trump pledged to be a ‘peacemaker’ in the Middle East — now the United States is entering a new war
Five months ago, President Donald Trump promised to be a peacemaker and a unifier. Tonight, the United States attacked Iran, hitting three nuclear sites in Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan.
In his inauguration speech on Jan. 20, 2025, Trump told Americans: “We will measure our success not only by the battles we win but also by the wars that we end - and perhaps most importantly, the wars we never get into.”
Sorry I had to post this for the sheer irony because even CNBC can't hide it anymore. So should I ask the big question, "how much did they pay him"? Maybe a new jet or another Trump tower? But you know the world has a serious problem when we are now "grifting" wars. Still maybe Trump can release a new "G.I. Joe Trump" to sell? He's been selling everything else and his ego would love that:
