reminds me alot of around June last year when we were awaiting the upgrade... investors patience were exhausted waiting for the plant upgrade.. i think 17c was even hit with no bids in the market... how deceiving that was!!
As mentioned on a previous thread, the directors aren't in the game to announce pointless news articles that look desperate.. when they announce they have a history of announcing BIG news.
