CEO has ravaged all the assets to show some profits, got rid of all the old management but hasn?t managed to win any new major contracts! He got a hefty bonus and the board all got raises on last year?s results. Whole thing looks pretty nasty to me.

    I am with you in only holding small number of shares to see what comes about.
