Hi @ozpolarbear so one possible scenario is that we didn't really need that last CR to the two major shareholders but the result is that it gives these holders an even larger share of ADT. If they possess inside information of a TO by Dundee then the CR is money for Jam for them and any allegiance to Dundee then aides the TO prospects for DPM??
Management have done a CR that was possibly not required but may have increased DPM's takeover aspirations? The payback? Issuing of performance shares at the AGM that are easy to get through with the stake now held by major holders possibly aligned with DPM??
This is all speculation on my part and I could be completely wrong! But something doesn't smell right to me.
