nro the application to mine was submitted in 2012 on a project first drilled in 2007 ,the exploitation licence was granted at the start of covid in 2020 . no money could be raised to an exploitation license was granted and covid financial crises over etc ,since then even you agree it has been moving forward with drilling this and last year ,potential increase in size of mine listed in the US etc. none of which has yet been achieved by etm who also started to drill also in 2007.
