    Excerpt from above: The Liquidators are pleased to advise thatthey have entered into asaletransaction for specific assets and intellectual property of the Redflow Group. The proposed transaction is subject to creditor approval given the settlement timeframe is greater than three months. Whilst the settlement of the transaction is delayed this transaction still presents the best value and return for creditors.
