Why do you assume its taking DL 6+ days to respond.I'm sure the Company responded the same day as they would want the shares back trading just like the rest of us. It's most likely the ASX driving the delay.
I also think he'd be foolish to be posting updates to social media/investor presentations whilst the stock is suspended. Best to close out the process directly with the ASX...there's no need to agitate the ASX by communicating directly with shareholders.
Why are you desperate for this to trade so urgently. Trying to buy and sell within settlement times?
