Questions for Brainchip Management
Considering we know Brainchip monitors this and other forums, and yet chooses not to respond to its shareholder questions, so thought why not start a thread to make it easy for all shareholder questions to be placed and in turn make it super easy for the Co to read, considering their 'Investor Relations' inbox has been diverted to junk mail (allegedly)
So here's a few of mine to get things rolling
1. Why have you still not released the agm recording?
2. Why has there been no asx clarificatipn announcements since the AGM on the US redomocile following the Chairmans contradictions
3. Why has there been zero communication from Brainchips new Investor Relations to shareholder communication and queries?
4. Why were the multiple material company news items stories tabled by the CEO at the BellPotter Seminconductor conference immediately following this year AGM yet not announced on the ASX?
5. Why are shares still being issued to Co executives for 'performance' when no new IP revenue generating deals have been secured during this CEOs tenure some 3.5yrs plus?
6. What is the status of the legal advice apparently being sourced by the Co on ASX communication strategies, and the current and expected costs?
7. Why exactly are customers such as Mercedes now listed on the website, when there have been no associated ASX announcements?. Are they past or current customers and what is the material extent of these 'customer' relationships?
8. Why does the company not standbehind or warrant nothing within its own investor material it puts out to the market?
9. Why has the company not yet responded to any Shateholder correspondence on the AGM and theMy Chairmans performance?
