I am of the opinion though that if it appears on market there must be a 'beneficial change of interest' ie someone has bought the stock off someone else. Simply using the same broker.

I have switched shares from two different account which were both mine and it didn't appear on market because it would 'mislead' the market.

I am pretty sure that is the case. But who knows there seems to be two different rules for retail and professional investor's! lol
