    countdown is on for US DoD (DPA) funding.

    As TS stated in most recent video - 'If we get the 30m USD+ grant from DoD, we are home and hosed with no need to go to markets'

    Will be a massive tick and different to the EXIM is that it'll come within days not many months. Will also trigger some requirements that EXIM had for CRML.
