there's are a lot of global uncertainties out there at present. Putting aside this current blow-up with Iran, Trump's tariff bluffs are not helping O&G explorers who watch drivers of energy demand for investment signals (green or red). Big RED these last 6 months with Trump, and now even more red. If energy booms because of the current maelstrom, the joy ride will be short-lived before the chance of recession kills all upside.
Here's hoping Iran chooses descalation (unlikely) and the SR brings us some much-needed direction.
