Resignation of Director and Board Composition UpdateYowie Group Limited (ASX: YOW) (the “Company” or “Yowie”) advises that Mr Andrew Rangerhas resigned as a director of the Company, with immediate effect.Following this resignation, the Board comprises two directors. The Company acknowledgesthat this temporarily places it in breach of section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth),which requires a public company to have a minimum of three directors, two of whom mustordinarily reside in Australia.
The Board remains quorate and continues to oversee the Company’s affairs in the interim untilthis situation is resolved.
