Overlay PEK and the XSO, the announcements were made at far different periods/auro's in the market, this was made at a potential turning point in the market. It rose quickly in recent quarters... if you were sitting on 100% gains from a short period and markets where giving off huge warning signs of a drop, wouldn't you sell to?

Moreover at those points they had cash to complete the drilling campaigns, now i am not to sure about the total cash remaining.

Alot of investors use the sell now and buy back lower approach when a cap raising is imminent;

Me.. i dont want the CGT clock reset, and am ready to increase my holding on completion of capital raising.

I'm young, have very high risk tolerance, don't have major expenditures, or a lot of cash sitting in PEK (relative to my total wealth). So i play the hold and waiting game for now.
