Unions are nothing but trouble.
The CFMEU is a classic example, and the BLF before that.
Management should be focusing on this site being union free.
Caught up in Industrial action as collateral damage with some other company is the last thing we need.
Or being held to ransom for wage increases because the union movement instills a false sense of entitlement.
