nah its not a slam dunk for approval in the US.
Unfortunately it is can still take a long time for approval in US (Years and further trials).
This is part of the due diligence, how long will it take to get to approval. This is somewhat unknown and hard to assess though.
They (BOT) will want something approved in the US already, or very close to it.
