    I agree that we SHOULD be.

    But again, if we were, it would be easy to smash the shorters and simply bundle and release the orders that are supporting this.

    The shorters will be forced to cover and if we do this every single time, they will simply stop.

    But they do not want this, or worse, cannot do this because they have no orders. Either way, there is a problem.
