    I had some problems logging in at one point. I'd created multiple accounts/logins, paper, live, me, the missus. Problems arose when I was using the wrong one. All good now.
    I used to use Schwab years ago and never liked them. I haven't used IB yet really, but I think I prefer it. Support has been good. It was Computershare that were a disaster.
