    The DRC are so disorganised they probably forgot about the deadline, or all thought someone else was dealing with AVZ lol.

    I reckon the negotiations about Manono are still fully active with the US and that DRC might be thinking "we deal with Trump and KoBold, not AVZ".

    We could just be told a number one day, and its a take it or leave it scenario. I personally don't see DRC giving a rats about ICSID or ICC.
