Coming online everyday and just down ramping for the sake of it.....for over 10 years.....
OMG....that should tell this chat room A LOT.....
.....and to those who align themselves with this naysayer, they too should do some serious self reflection, least they end up here 10 years later still down ramping what would have by then become a successful MEM story.
