Anyone got some thoughts around what management could be thinking when they say that the debt facility will allow them to pivot quickly if an potential acquisition comes up.?
To me this doesn't sound like something you'd say unless you had a definite intention to acquire, and possibly a potential target.
BOT management sometimes seem asleep at the wheel then they pull a rabbit out of the hat.
i wouldn't be surprised at another acquisition before the end of Cal25.
At the very least they're using the language of , growth, and success, not the language of hope and crossed fingers.
