I’m not assuming that STK BOD is working for its shareholders interest. I was at NWE when BOD recommended low MIN offer and sold out shareholders IMO all that STK BOD is concerned about would be keeping a job ion the event of a TO. Self interest and greed are great motivators AIMHO & DYOR
