CXO share price on 31/1/2025 = 0.089 CXO Share price on 24/6/2025 = 0.088 Down 1%
LTR share price on 31/1/2025 = 0.69 LTR share price on 24/6/2025 = 0.69 Flat
SYA share price on 31/1/2025 = 0.023 SYA share price on 24/6/2025 = 0.015 Down 35%
All three company's are in the same sector and are facing the same negative head wins, the only variable is the management team. Given the fact that these figures are correct which they are and SYA seems determined to sell product at a loss and burn through my money and yours as share holders like there is no tomorrow i consider it insanity to vote yes so the merger can further dilute my share holding at a ratio of 150 to 1.
Management needs to change and Piedmonts is not the answer under these current terms, PLL figures are worse than SYA under the same time period as above.
