thanks for that post. It’s easy enough for those with a capacity for empathy and compassion to step out of hate. But somehow when it comes to Jews there are so many unable to do that. A bit sad really.
I have thought many times that when you look back at the history of Jews it really hadn’t much mattered what they do. Too rich. Too poor. Too smart. Too stupid. Too much influence. Too much talent. Too this too that. Funny that the stereotypes of the grovelling Jew still exist because now they are too aggressive as if defending oneself is aggression. Even in the face of people who would see them dead.
I’m rather inclined to agree that they should tell the rest of the world to get stuffed. The countries that decided it was better to have peace than keep fighting Israel came to that conclusion when they had more than one hiding. And once they accepted that they weren’t going to win they shut up and got on with it. And the peace has held. Israel will defend itself if attacked but others seem to think that’s a problem
the haters look at controls over Palestinians who want to take advantage of work opportunities in Israel. Why would they not. Israelis see no reason to enable murder on their soil of their people. If they don’t want controls the answer is to stop trying to murder Jews.
and I think that’s why Israel has this time told the world to get stuffed. Good on them since the world hasn’t a clue
but if they keep this up they will get to understand
