IMO the delay is getting Cupets approval for use of the Melbana Mix on the new drill site - Cuba have less red tape than Australia, but would still need to cover on any potential enviromental impacts as its located in a semi rural area. When we can expect news on the first shipment is unknown but they should have some 25,000 BOO in storage now.
