Your continual efforts to try and take over the company is very evident to any one who wants to look into it. Trying to down ramp it so you can take it over again seems an obvious ploy. That would be misleading investors of which we have ample evidence already reading through your posts.
You might just want to accept that the shareholders went interested in you taking over the company and still remain in that mindset
