These neural network models still need hardware to run on and the most efficient powerful COTS hardware is Brainchip’s AKIDA 2.0 TENNS/ViT which is powerful enough to process sequential data on device unconnected from the Cloud.
To bring the probability of Brainchip being involved to zero you need to find that Lockheed Martin and/or Arquimera have also developed Neuromorphic hardware on which to run their models. Given the relatively short time they have been working together it would be a remarkable achievement eclipsing anything IBM and Intel have been able to achieve or not achieve over the last ten years.
