I'll cheekily suggest that Celtics is somehow involved in the RBC process. In my experience, well informed people don't just wander onto hotcopper and put this much effort into a stock they don't own or don't intend to own as a public service. Possibly has a role to keep the price down on behalf of a potential buyer, even Sheffield himself who appears happy to scoop up more at every opportunity and I think has the opportunity to match offers. most the questions are relevant, maybe Celtics is just a really curious person. If you're an investor in tamboran you are seeing the upside through all of the inevitable challenges.
