Did you notice ATT in TVLs nov announcnment last year, had that wording "unless company control is changed".
Thus Arnold now gets it full amount of shares, so I think it was all planned, since I thought the wording was funny, and it meant a t/o or change in manangment was already seen. So looks like ATT is just getting control since they know how to run TVL properly and are tired of sitting in the passenger seat. Could be an interesting next 6months?
