    Surely they would have received solid legal advice and completed thorough due diligence regarding which exchange to list on, before venturing down the OTCQB path. Therefore, one would like to think that they were aware of any DTC regulations/hurdles they would need to meet to achieve DTC eligibility and there should have been no surprises.....
