I bought some of that, all I could afford.... Keeping it simple, 15c is a bargain IMHO for the underlying assets and potential of licensed land even if current management is languishing or unproven (new CEO) and stale mate at WE.
@15c if it rose 5c would be 33% profit.
A TO offer of some sort potential is also there if we were to believe the papers...
